6600 white screen/contact retailer

Solution for Nokia 6600 "Start-up failed, Contact the retailer" or white screen problem and can't format user after completed flashing, look at picture bellow (red frame) there are 1 or 2 flash IC that damaged. Change the damaged or reheat IC and refull flash.
